Things You Need to Know

• Turnaround time:

Please allow up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for your parcel to be delievered to you. This allows us time to restock any materials if needed in order to create your handmade items. Which then allows us time to hand cut and create your order to be beautifully packaged and sent out to you. All orders will be sent out via Royal Mail either by 1st or 2nd class which ever you choose. Proof of postage will be obtained. We cannot take responsibility for any missing parcels should this ever occur. Due to the fact that all purchases are made to order they cannot be returned or refunded. 

• IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION: PLEASE READ.

  In prevention of choking or suffocation, supervision should be given at all times whilst your little one wears our bows and accessories & should not be left unnattended. Our items are not toys, & should always be removed whilst your baby or child is sleeping. This is due to small parts that may come unattached.
